History

Like many Highlanders from Gyr Abania, Fallon has known a life of struggle. From a young age, her father—one of the famed Crimson Duelists—educated her in the martial discipline of swordsmanship. When she wasn't training with steel in hand, Fallon sharpened her mind with the study of thaumaturgy and conjury. Following her father's untimely death, she would inherit his soul crystal; one of precious few items she saved ere fleeing her homeland.

Hooks

Common Knowledge

  • LEVE LIFE — Card-carrying member of the Adventurer's Guild

  • DISPLACED — Former Ala Mhigan refugee (Ul'dah)

  • SWORD & STAVE — A lifelong student of steel and the magical arts

Lesser Known

  • BLOOD MONEY — In order to pull herself out of poverty (and to avoid the pillow-houses), she fought in Ul'dah's infamous Bloodsands.

  • FAR STRIDER — Growing up, Fallon belonged to a semi-nomadic tribe who seasonally travelled the length and breadth of the Fringes.

  • LIFE'S PECULIARITIES — Due to the nature of her upbringing, some aspects of Eorzean life may still stump Fallon from time to time.

Rarely Heard

  • BY ANY OTHER NAME — While her birth name is a matter of public record, very few actually know it.

  • SAILING THE SEA OF CLOUDS — After leaving Ul'dah for good, Fallon eventually found camaraderie with a crew of sky pirates. After the liberation of Ala Mhigo, she left on friendly terms to pursue a personal quest.

Kith & Kin

Odehta Khamzov

"'Tis less, I think, the stem of Keeper wanderlust what keeps my brother on his feet and rare at hearth, but rather his aches and pains from many summers in war," Odehta replied. "The Khamzovs were not roamers; not 'til that which anchored us cut us loose. And when one grows, linked by that warm chain and tether to the anchor that holds the heart in place, they are bound to seek it again wherever they might find it—whether they realize it, or not."

Vahleh'to Khamzov

"We all find comfort in those that share our suffering, Fjalla. Companionship is an emotional salve in these calamitous times."

Breandan Ducaille

"Breandan glances up with a little flicker of a smile, lifting his pint to take another drink. "Id've gone." He offers, more easily than one might expect someone so proud of being a shrewd mercenary to be. "But... perhaps I'll just wait for word of your success. And if I don't hear it—well. I know the way north well enough."

Severine Sauvageot

"It could be it recognizes you. Could also be that the Elementals are a little more laid back around here. Trees have long memory. Like stones."

Alric Siegryn

He began to record the syllables and phonemes in Common, and—mid-transcription—stiffens. His comprehension of the magicks White extended to but one spell of his own devise, but there was enough in there to elicit a sense of fleeting, discomfiting familiarity.
"It does have the air of Amdapor's spellery... i'faith, I know not enough to speak on the matter with certainty. I am loath to discourse with the Padjal, but I suspect therein lies the path of this thread you pull."

Lucius Guiscareaux

"Are you fucking—Halone's glaciers. It's all frothing cheese!"

Dulcissime,
totam tibi subdo me!

Sweetest one,
I give myself to you totally!

I see there woods, and I see there thickets,
I see there the fair and most fertile of meadows;
I see there the deer on the ground in the corries
Hiding in mantles of mist.
